2.low price on spares and supply of parts ,we carry out annual inspection and regular check up of the elevator.
We provide 2 types of contract after the free maintenance and warranty period i.e.
Diamond
contract
- Comprehensive maintenance package
- 24×7 emergency response
- Lubrication & bi-monthly preventive maintenance service.
- All parts would be covered under the diamond contract except motor, rope, batteries, light & fan.
silver
contract
- Non-comprehensive maintenance package.
- 24×7 emergency response.
- Lubrication and bi-monthly preventive maintenance service.
- No parts cover under the silver/labour contract.
- Replacement of parts would be charged at actuals.
